    If you wish to return an item, please contact us to submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.
    We may be unable to process requests submitted after this 30-day period has elapsed.
  3. Conditions for Exchanges
    You may contact us to request an exchange under the following circumstances:
    You received the wrong item.
    The item was damaged during shipping.
    The item has obvious quality defects.
    There is a significant and obvious discrepancy between the ordered item and its description on the product page.

    Step 3: Return the Item
    Once you have received our confirmation regarding the return, please ship the item back to us in accordance with the specified instructions.
