Yes. We currently provide shipping services only to addresses within the United States.
The shipping destination option on the checkout page is fixed to domestic U.S. addresses; we do not currently support international shipping. - How soon will my order ship after I place it?
Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. - How can I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will typically receive a notification email containing tracking information.
If you do not receive this information, please contact us via email, and we will be happy to assist you in tracking your order. - Can I return an item after it has been opened?
Yes. According to our refund policy, you may request a return—provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria—regardless of whether the product packaging has been opened. When returning an item, please do your best to keep the product and its accessories intact to facilitate a faster processing of your return. - Can I request an exchange?
Yes. If you receive an incorrect item, an item with obvious defects, or if you wish to exchange an item for a different variant of the same product, please contact our customer service team first to arrange the exchange. - What should I do if my item is damaged during shipping?
